Daniel Fiset is a cultural worker who lives in Tiohtià:ke-Mooniyang-Montréal. Since 2019, he has held the position of Assistant Curator of Engagement at the PHI Foundation for Contemporary Art. He holds a doctorate in art history from the Université de Montréal, which he completed under the supervision of Suzanne Paquet. He is currently conducting independent research on the porosity of educational and artistic practices in Quebec, and on the integration of historical and critical materialism in contemporary art.
